Overview

Water sports groups can enjoy action packed trips to the Spanish Mediterranean or the South of France.

The programmes and courses are designed for the complete beginner without previous knowledge or experience. In fact, all you need is an ability to swim.

Your group will be in the hands of a carefully chosen team of well qualified instructors who will provide confidence for both you and your students. Everyone will be encouraged to get the most out of each activity and enjoy learning new skills whilst accepting new challenges.

Hostal La Palma enjoys a familiar and friendly atmosphere, with a great central location in Fornells.

The rooms are equipped with a complete private bathroom, TV, air conditioning, heating, safe, and terrace. The hotel has two terraces: one situated in the garden and the other with excellent views over the traditional fishing port in Fornells. Meals are offered as a cafeteria service for breakfast and dinner with a tasty selection of tapas, pastries, sandwiches and baguettes in the middle of the day. 

The accommodation benefits from being within walking distance of all the activities in the area.

Hostal la Palma is an example of several similar accommodations that are available according to group size and time of year.

Sample Itinerary

• Day 1

  Depart from school to the airport.
  Flight to Menorca.
  Transfer to Fornells
  Check-in and Dinner
  Overnight.
• Day 2

  AM and PM: Sailing/Windsurfing lessons
   
• Day 3

  AM and PM: Sailing/Windsurfing lesson
  Eve: Bowling in Son Bou
• Day 4

  A day spent biking along the cliff tops and back via the countryside. Visit the northern shores for a day on the beach for relaxation, games/raft building, snorkelling and body-boarding according to the sea conditions.

• Day 5

  A day excursion Kayaking in Fornells Bay with the opportunity to snorkel in the clear waters.  Take advantage of being able to reach beaches accessible only from the water; paddle into deep, rocky inlets. Visit the biosphere that is Fornells Bay.

  Eve: Tapas
• Day 6

  Morning relaxation in Fornells with time for shopping.
  Transfer to the airport

  Return flight to the UK and onward journey to school.

THE ITINERARY:

This is extremely flexible and can be consturcted to meet with the needs and abilities of the group. The sample itinerary given can be of any duration, shorter or longer. Days can be split according to preference and activities can be arranged as you wish if enough notice is given.  For example: A visit can concentrate on 1 or 2 sports and have tuition throughout the stay. Alternatively mornings can be given over to a particular sport and the afternoons with varied activities eg raft building, kayaking, bike riding, or a visit to a nearby town.
