Party Leader’s family concessions.
All VAT on applicable items, based on Tour Operator Margin Scheme.
Resort representation if required.
24 hour emergency contact support.
All promotional material, piste maps, savings cards and a Microsoft Powerpoint presentation in support of a parents evening.
Final tour document folder.
Up to two child places at 50% plus spouse/partner at student rate, based on 40 paying passengers.
If there are 30-39 full paying passengers, 2 child places are available and
There is 1 child place available if group is 20-29 full paying passengers.
Children aged 16-18 and for adults over 18 years the appropriate supplements are added before calculating any discount.
They will not be included when we calculate free place ratio or the number of ski/board instructors required.

These supplements are based on a group of 40 students and act as a guide for other group sizes.
There are several clear reasons for considering travel during term time if possible:
Wider choice of bigger resorts - the large resorts are keen to attract groups during low season and offer attractive packages.
The resorts are quieter - fewer lift queues and so more skiing! It is also easier to supervise.
Peak times are always the same as European holidays with higher prices to match. There are some great low season deals.
By taking a low season holiday we can build in staff cover - about £40 to £50 per head - just ask!!
